What are the times for seminars and conferences?
Check-in for all programs begin at 8:30a.m. All full day seminars and
conferences begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00p.m.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch is on your own and is generally between 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We often
select seminar locations that have eating establishments within the facility or
nearby.
What should I wear?
Casual business wear is appropriate and a light jacket or sweater is
recommended--some meeting rooms tend to be cool.
How far in advance do I need to register for a seminar or conference?
You may register by phone up to the day before the seminar.
I am interested in receiving continuing education credits. Is this
available?
Our training seminars, conferences and self-study programs offer you continuing
education credit (CEUs based on contact hours) upon completion. Credit is issued
by Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc. according to the
guidelines set forth by IACET. We are approved providers for many professional
licensing boards/agencies including nursing, purchasing management and others.

If I need to return an item where do I send it?
If you need to return or exchange your training materials, please fill out the
return form on the reverse side of the packing slip that was included in your
original purchase. (We suggest that you ship returns via UPS or insured
Parcel Post in Canada. Sealed software must be unopened.)

What if I register
for a seminar and later need to cancel?
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. You may
send someone else in your place if you prefer. If this isn't an option, you can
cancel your seminar or conference registration up to five business days prior to
the event and your registration fee will be refunded less a $10 enrollment
charge. If we receive your workshop or conference cancellation in less than 5
business days, you may receive a credit memo for another workshop or conference
of equal value. Please note that seminars conducted by CompEd Solutions have
some variations in this cancellation policy due to the variety of seminars they
