Tuition is tax deductible. All expenses of Continuing Education (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible according to Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203 F2d 307.
Cancellations received up to five business days before the workshop are refundable minus a registration service charge, ($10.00 for one-day classes and $25.00 for two-day classes.) which you may apply toward a future workshop. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may also apply toward a future workshop. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Each workshop qualifies for contact hours in accordance with guidelines set forth by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), Authorized Provider Number 3307. You must attend the entire program to qualify for CEUs. Many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations will grant Continuing Education credit for attendance at our workshops. (save your Certificate of Attendance) You may want to contact your own board or organization to find out what is required.
We are also registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to The National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37219-2417. No prerequisite courses, advance preparation or experience is required for admittance.
Standard class times are 9 AM to 4 PM with check-in the first day from 8:15 to 8:45 AM. There are morning and afternoon breaks with an hour off for lunch on your own. Dress is business casual.
A group rate is allowed for each seminar. All attendees must be registered at the same time to receive the discount. See individual event for discount details.

You will receive an e-mail with further instructions within 24 hours after
registration. It will include the 800 number to call to access the session
and a private PIN number to use when you call. Call at least 10 minutes before
the conference start time, provide your PIN number, get connected and you’re
ready to go. Even if you’ve never participated in a conference call before,
you’ll be able to set this up easily. |
