Seminars:
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if you cancel at least 7-days prior to the seminar by calling QBNetworks Customer Service using the published 800 number. Any cancellations within 7-days will be moved to the next class. No shows do not qualify for a refund, but may move their reservation to the next class.
Transfer Ticket to a Future Seminar:
Seminar attendees may opt to roll a reservation to any one of our future seminars, at any time, with no penalty.
No-Shows:
A No-show is someone who does not show up for the seminar and did not call for refund or re-schedule. No-shows do not qualify for refunds. No-shows do qualify to come to a future seminar of equal or lesser value at no cost if they register within 30 days of the first seminar they missed. There are no refunds whatsoever on No-Shows.
Seminar Refunds:
QBNetworks offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on any seminar if the customer is unsatisfied. The Seminar Attendee must make this request on the website within 7 days of the close of the seminar to receive a refund. All Seminar Material & Gifts must be returned to QBNetworks before the refund is processed. No exceptions.
Refund of Payment:
Refunds will be made as a credit to the original credit card used for payment. If the customer paid by check, a check will be issued by QBNetworks. Refunds are usually made on the 20th of each month.
