Gain a better understanding of your sales and use tax obligations in Texas.

The Texas courts have been actively considering cases and issuing decisions involving sales and use tax exemptions, refund claims and taxable services. This topic helps individuals responsible for sales and use tax compliance to effectively identify potential issues and properly maintain documentation that may aid in reducing assessed taxes, as well as avoid penalties and interest in the event of an audit. Identifying opportunities for sales and use tax refunds where tax has been over paid will also be covered.
