Completing this course provides you with the required 35 contact hours and Professional Development Units (PDUs) of pre-PMP® exam training.

  • Identify the difference between a project life cycle and a product life cycle
  • Describe the various phases of project management

SECTION 3: Examining the Project Management Framework

  • Discuss the purpose of the PMBOK® and how it is used in project management
  • Identify the different knowledge areas in the PMBOK® and how they relate to process groups

SECTION 4: Project Management Processes

  • Identify the five process groups used in project management
  • Describe the processes within each of the five process groups
  • Discover the guidelines for project information

SECTION 5: Project Selection

  • List the various creative group planning methods and how to use them in project management
