MS Project Certification Training Course is divided into two levels of training.
The first level of training (Introduction Level) is designed to provide the student
knowledge of core application features and operations. The second level (Intermediate
Level) extends and augments the skill sets mastered in Introduction Level training.
It is generally recommended that students take the certification exam only after
completing the Intermediate Level Certification Training.
Successful completion of the Microsoft Project 2002 exam indicates a comprehensive
understanding of Microsoft Project 2002. This core-level Microsoft Office Specialist
certification is appropriate for Construction engineers, Local area network (LAN)
managers, Webmasters, Programmers, and Analysts. This certification is also appropriate
for those responsible for projects consisting of multiple tasks, for customizing
graphs and reports, and for communicating project information and status. The
Microsoft Project 2000 Office Specialist certification will also demonstrate to
superiors or prospective employers an aptitude for formal project management.
